Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All sales on THA LAYOVER™ Merch are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any product, including neck pillows and pre-order items.

Damaged on arrival

The only exception is an item that arrives already damaged from shipping. If your order arrives damaged, email thalayover@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging so we can review it.

Your agreement

Before checkout, you are asked to confirm that you understand all sales are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Payment disputes & chargebacks

If you have any issue with your order, please contact THA LAYOVER™ directly before starting a payment dispute with your bank or card provider. THA LAYOVER™ reserves the right to provide order records, shipping and delivery details, and your acceptance of this policy when responding to a payment dispute.
