These terms apply to every purchase made on THA LAYOVER™ Merch (www.thalayovermerch.store). By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We work to show our products, colors and details as accurately as possible, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Prices and product availability may change without notice.

Orders

Please review your selected product, options, quantity and price before completing your order. We may cancel or limit an order if an item is unavailable or if there is an error in the order or its pricing. If we cancel an order, any payment taken for it will be returned.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are paid for at checkout and ship according to the estimated timeline shown on the product page.

All sales final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. The only exception is an item that arrives damaged, as explained in our Refund Policy. Before checkout, you are asked to confirm that you understand all sales are final.

Discount codes

One discount code can be used per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts, but free shipping on qualifying orders still applies.

Payment disputes

If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first before starting a payment dispute with your bank or card provider.

Brand and content

The THA LAYOVER™ name, logos, designs, photos and website content belong to THA LAYOVER™ and may not be copied or used without permission.
